A building constructed in 1883 in New York, hosted for more than a century various projects, such as law firms and the publishing industry. But in 2001, with the terrorist attacks on the twin towers, the building, which had been in steady decline, closed its doors for good by losing all its occupants.
Exactly 10 years later, in 2011, the developer GFI Capital Resources Group saw a bright future for this building and scooped so that, in 2014, began reforms. A new luxury hotel in the city would arise there.

And it is what the photos can prove! In 2016 it opened the Beekman Hotel, a new benchmark in luxury hospitality in New York. No one expected that one of the first skyscrapers of the city could become a landmark tourism.
The structure of the new luxury hotel has 287 elegant and comfortable rooms, distributed on nine floors. In addition, the site offers bar and restaurant to relax and enjoy even more what the “story” of this environment brings. The daily cost is 400-1500 dollars.
The typical nineteenth century architecture is what draws the most attention, giving beauty and sophistication to the enterprise. Where you look, you will find exciting elements that deserve special attention, especially the skylight pyramid shaped.
Looking at the pictures, almost cannot believe that this building was already condemned to oblivion, is not it?
