Designed by a rising-star firm, Humbert and Poyet studio, the following residential project in the South of France raises the bar in the mid-century indoor and outdoor living industry. Designed by a young interior architect design duo, the house is the perfect expression of indoor-outdoor living.
Founded in 2007 by Christophe Poyet and Emil Humbert this studio is one of today’s rising talents in the mid-century modern design style. This young duo has been putting the finishing touches on projects from Monaco to Hong Kong, Dubai, London, and Mexico City, to name a few.
Besides its bespoke interiors, the fabulous luxury villa designed by Humbert and Poyet studio features a unique 360-degree view of Cannes and the Lérins Islands. This family residential project (as you might imagine) is full of natural light and a color palette inspired by the Mediterranean below.
When Humbert and Poyet studio signed on to the design project, the luxury residence was merely a concrete shell. The owners, who began the projects several years prior, had decided to halt construction for a period of time since they couldn’t find the studio that was creative enough to design a project that expresses the glamour of the Cote d’Azur.
Humbert and Poyet Studio‘s work is characterized by giving exclusive attention to precise details and the use of textured materials like marble, brass, wood, and caning. The bold designs on the floors, bright colors, and sleek bathrooms are all signatures of this young dup, not only in this luxury residence in the south of France but in their other incredible works!
