This stunning residence is an interior design project by Simone Haag. She was asked to transform Penelope’s formal living room, in order to add it a contemporary and feminine touch.
Simone came up with a marvelous result, that preserves the Mid-Century Design, with a fashionable edge – and with an artistic fingerprint of the designer, visible in all the furnishings and light fixtures.
In order to add color and texture to the living room, she also managed to incorporate plums, navys and mustards, ending up with this incredible result.
A Colin Penock painting was also featured, giving the room an unique and personalized atmosphere.
Doesn’t matter where you look at, you can found vintage elements in every single detail – and we must confess, that Danish Vintage Lamp and those Italian Chairs truly caught our attention.
An incredible detail is the tone of the dining chairs. They all differ slightly, but stick perfectly together and embrace the singularity of the place. Also, the client has a library of amazing fashion books, that were exposed in a creative and original way.
Editor’s choice
Collins Dining Chair sets up a luxurious statement in home furnishings and it’s perfect for a memorable event with this comfortable work of art. Set a bohemian environment on another level, by this retro furniture.
This amazing residence is the result of a cohesive and collaborative design process, that was possible because of Penelope’s lack of shyness with colors and textures. Simone was allowed to be as creative as she wanted, ending up with this amazing result.
