Get Ready For… Covet Valley’s Grand Opening!

Covet Valley is a time capsule that takes you back in time to the 60’s.

If you’re a huge fan of design then we got amazing news for you: there are two events in Porto, Portugal, that will appeal to the design muse within you, two events that are completely unmissable: the second edition of the Luxury Design and Craftsmanship Summit, as well as Covet Valley’s grand opening, both just one week away. Today, however, we are focusing our attention to Covet Valley’s Grand Opening, which happens on the 25th: one week from today!

Covet Valley will make its grand opening on June 25th, just in time for the second edition of the Luxury Design and Craftsmanship Summit hosted by the Portuguese design group, COVET Group.

The rumours are many but we know for sure is that Covet Group is working on the final touches on Covet Valley to prepare for its big opening next week. The rest will be kept under secrecy until next Tuesday, June 25th. However, we do know you’ll be able to experience authentic mid-century modern design in this showroom, a house that could be the perfect fit for an early James Bond movie.

Originally built in the 1960’s, Covet Valley keeps its mid-century architectural roots intact by featuring rigorous geometric lines and large windows which perfectly integrate the house in its natural surroundings, overlooking one of Europe’s most breathtaking landscapes – Douro, a Unesco World Heritage Site.

Inside, an instantly recognizable mid-century split-level layout is fully decorated with a curated selection of mid-century modern furniture, lighting and accessories from Europe’s top brands. Covet Valley is every design aficionado’s dream.
