LG will announce during CES 2017, a column that has as main novelty, the fact of being “suspended in the air”.

The PJ9 is a portable column and is suspended in the air on the Levitation Station, a suspension that is possible thanks to the electromagnets installed inside the station. This 360-degree omnidirectional speaker has turbine blade-inspired design and a deep bass subwoofer. Includes Dual Passive Radiator technology ensuring better midrange and purer sound. In terms of communication, the PJ9 can simultaneously connect to two devices via Bluetooth Multipoint technology.

According to the information revealed, the PJ9 has a battery that allows a ten-hour battery life and when it reaches the end, the speaker automatically descends to the Levitation Station and starts charging through wireless technology, without any User to intervene or without interruption in the sound reproduced.

The PJ9 is also water and dust-proof, thus allowing use in both indoor and outdoor environments.

Despite being a product that will be announced during CES 2017, South Korean LG did not specify the price to be practiced nor which countries it will be put on sale, something that, possibly, will only be detailed when presenting at the fair of Las Vegas.
