Parkview Penthouse

The goal was to create a lavish family home where the owners would feel the luxury and elegance with a comfy feeling, and also be able to entertain guests, and oh did they did it! This three-bed apartment overlooking the Dzintaru park in Latvia is stylish, modern and simply stunning with its bespoke furniture, antique artwork and artefacts.

Myst Nightclub

Katz team was approached to create a new conceptual design for a night club that would step out of the ordinary and into a new world of sophistication, stimulating the senses, creating new and exciting feelings and, overall, astonishing anyone who would set foot inside it. Only Katz could ever live up to the high expectations of this project.

Elizabeth Apartment

Located in Riga’s exclusive Elizabeth development, the brief was to design a luxury contemporary apartment that reflects the lifestyle of the client, and so this apartment became a neutral colored haven of sophistication and elegance, combining perfectly with art objetcs, sculptured furniture pieces and a relaxing vibe that is simply unforgettable.

Park Residences

The aesthetics and design of public spaces, spacious halls, stairways, hotel and sport complex are created by the Katz team allowing the residents to enjoy the unique design and supreme comfort.

Simplicity and comfort are the keywords in this project,as well as respectability and sophistication. Bespoke handmade joinery harmonizes with the architectural concept of the building. With projects like this, it’s impossible not to fall in love with Katz!
