ARLO NOMAD
This one is a special place for urban explorers. Each Arlo hotel boasts a multitude of public spaces like a music room where guests can explore a great variety of music with lots of genres. Guests can socialize and relax, work and meet, or dine and drink in the common spaces, connecting with other guests.
The guest room space is compact, efficient, features warm, high-touch materials and clever elements like fold-down desks and closets with adjustable hanging pegs, which may not only come to the needs of guests but create a feeling of want for those that don’t have that type of need but were introduced to as a surprise element.
SOMERSET
Located in Chicago, in the prestigious Gold Coast neighborhood, the AvroKO team derived a mid-century inspiration back from when the Kennedy-esque leisure set was in its heyday frequenting country clubs throughout America. Somerset itself is designed as a fantastical version of this beloved social institution, replete with references to satirical club activities such as an area dedicated to a mythical hidden-bulls eye-dart tournament or another room that celebrates champion vessels of fishing-boat-speed racing.
THE SCOTT
This is the pointing check to enter a world a modern design delivered to you by the AvroKO team doing this great job in The Scott an iconic hotel in Scottsdale.
Riffing off of the property’s original Spanish Revival-inspired architecture, AvroKO incorporated Bauhaus and old Havana inspirations to create a layered atmosphere. The property is lined with caning screens that contrast with the modern, curved brass of Bauhaus-inspired chandeliers, and rattan settees are scattered throughout, reflecting an eclectic style of traditional front porch Havana.
Blue-glazed olive jars and indoor landscaping create an intimate seating oasis for guests. A hand-crafted, Spanish-tiled bar and existing arches reflect the traditional original architecture with a mix of contemporary of the space. Vintage artwork and paintings compliment signature rattan and wicker furniture.
This one is really something special, the “greenness” around the park and the place itself it kinda gives you the sense of an exotic restaurant, this one with cool, cozy and chill vibes.
