Milan Design Week is taking over the city, and so is Gucci with the Gucci pop up store that is dazzling everyone with its pop up shop just in time for Salone del Mobile 2019. The Italian fashion house has opened the doors to a one of a kind boutique in Milan and we’re showing you just how incredible it is!
Showcasing the latest additions to the brand’s houseware collection, the temporary two store pop up shop has been causing a buzz. Entirely dedicated to the brands home scene, Gucci Décor pop up shop is just as intensely chic as it is sophisticated.
Let’s take a peek at what you shall see once you step in: Gucci patterned wallpaper and hanging blankets that are disposable for sale adorn the walls making it seem like a big, luxurious home. Restored antiques, pieces from the brand’s new collection and details made only for the event are there to see and to be amazed by. The space is completed with a grand marble fireplace causing an even bigger luxurious look.
With a maximalist scene, the new Gucci Décor collection was produced by the Florentine company Richard Ginori, which was acquired by Gucci in 2013. Located at 19 Via Santo Spirito in Milan, the temporary store is all about the magnificent and grandeur of the Gucci brand. Raging from silverware to heart-shaped boxes, there’s plenty to see and be delighted this Milan Design Week 2019!
Revering at the time and place where’s its set, the Gucci App has now a function on Apple devices that allow users around #MDW2019 to discover popular places around Milan. According to AD, “Here, a Gucci Décor product will appear as a virtual oversized sculpture on screen, together with information on the piece and the place. “
