This sophisticated interior design project by Carlo Donati combines architectural rigor with a soft interior decor in their 14 mini-apartments that are distributed over four stories, in an Art Nouveau-style building. Located in the heart of the city of Milan, the apartment projects feature soft decor thanks to their colorful painted walls and déco wallpapers offering a touch of feminine elegance.
Resort I Gelsi
The luxury design resort by Carlo Donati is located on a hill a hundred meters away from the sea. It is made up of eight buildings and occupies an irregularly shaped site that boldly faces the sea.
Built-in the historic city center of Milan, Carlo Donati‘s P19 hospitality project references the post-war Milanese architecture and is inserted in the context by proclaiming its contemporaneity. The luxury hospitality project is characterized by the natural stone cladding and the separation of the ground floor which inclines towards the interior in contrast to the balconies which project in a mirroring manner towards the exterior.
