Located in Llanogrande, Colombia, this unique country space owned by J Balvin was inspired by the minimalistic lines and Feng shui concept of the trendy modern Japanism style. Featuring a minimalistic vibe that truly connects with the natural surroundings, the interior design of this fabulous escape was created with the help of Medellín based design firm.
Following the same approach that his loft in Medellín, the unique interior design project for J Balvin‘s new Colombian gateway is a symbol of poetics of simplicity. All of the trendy interiors and outdoor decor was carefully thought by the Medellín-based firm, 5 Sólidos. The numerical designation signifies the company’s holistic approach, encompassing interior design, architecture, branding, project management, and furniture design.
For this unique residential project, that turned out to be one of the best real estates owned by J Balvin, the team at 5 Sólidos completely gutted an existing house and then reimagined the structure as a serene, understated pavilion, where architectural elements that have some Japanese aesthetics influence. All of the bespoke furniture pieces inside were made with the best high-quality materials, featuring simple and clean lines, which goes perfect with the zen ambiance.
