This amazing residential project by Kelly Bergin is an inspiring loft apartment with soaring ceilings and monumental windows located in a historic 19th-century building in Tribeca. The Los Angeles-based designer was inspired by the incredible northern light as soon as she walked off the building’s elevator.
Since this New York’ loft features an impressive amount of natural light, designer Kelly Bergin decided it was a good opportunity to impress the clients with a clean and sophisticated neutral color palette combines with some unique furniture designs.

The interior designer was pretty demanding when it came to selecting the incredible furniture pieces to incorporate in the overall design since she wanted to keep the natural vibe provided by the wide windows. “Because that light is so soft and airy, we wanted to ground it with natural earthy elements like wood and leather to direct the flow,” said Kelly Bergin to the Architectural Digest team. As you can see throughout the pictures, the space in this residential design project feels very natural and soothing, almost like it is completely removed from the city.
