Jumeirah, you know, the palm Jumeirah district in Dubai, is one of the most renowned residential areas in the world. Its distinctive palm tree shape makes it one of the most famous places in the world, but what makes it so amazing are the actual buildings and residences that Dubai contractors keep on building there. One of our absolute favorite Jumeirah apartments was designed by Caspaiou and it stands out for its view and outstanding interior solutions.
Caspaiou’s interior design team is not joking around when it comes to luxury interior design. For this particular apartment, they have built their design around some of the best materials and fabrics, such as marble and velvet. The dining room area boasts both of these elements, with six velvet dining chairs that are simply to die for.

There is a small counter on the open concept kitchen that allows for more informal meals during the day. That doesn’t mean, however, that the quality of the design was compromised. Three white leather counter chairs shine against a gorgeous wooden topped counter, highlighted by three sleek pendant lamps.
The master bedroom has a wide space that was emphasized by the use of light colors, such as grays and whites. An example of how modern interior design can be outstanding. A soothing floor lamp sets the mood by the door, giving a cozy and comfortable ambiance to the room. An oversized black framed mirror is right by the bed, creating the excitement we would expect from such a great accent decor piece as this one.
