Flanigan’s clients initially requested charcoal-and-white marble flooring in a modern square parquet design. The Roman shades are from Kravet, and the paint color is Chantilly Lace by Benjamin Moore.

“The entire house radiates around this neutral, sunny room,” Flanigan says.



Kitchen
The consistent use of marble for the waterfall island, countertops, and backsplash creates a cohesive and luminous feel in this space.

Flanigan enhanced the custom dining table by Jorge Saba with dark accents.



Bar Lounge
“To create a dynamic space, we incorporated jewel tones,” Flanigan explains. The bar features built-in panels for additional storage.

“We wanted it to feel bespoke—like a boutique hotel,” Flanigan says.
