Add all ingredients, except for cava, to a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake and pour into a glass, top with cava and put a lemon on a top.<\/p>\n

Combine gin, limoncello and lemon juice. Leave it to chill and serve in a Collins glass with ice, pour club soda. Put a lemon slice at the top. Put the blood orange in a shaker, add gin, lemon and lime juice, and agave. Add ice and shake. Salt the rim of a rocks glass with spicy salt. Pour over new ice and put an orange slice and thyme sprig.<\/p>\n
