It\u2019s 5,000 square feet, and\u00a0nothing<\/em>\u00a0is original.\u201d That includes the intricate moldings, pilasters, and millwork\u2014all of which seem so correct that it is easy to forget this is new construction and not a meticulous restoration.<\/p>\n
