As an avid traveler,\u00a0David Charette<\/a><\/strong>\u00a0believes that traveling can serve as a great inspiration for everyone, especially children. He used\u00a0CIRCU\u2019s products<\/strong><\/a>, as well as pieces from the\u00a0Covet House<\/strong><\/a>\u00a0brand and some of his favorite vendors, to create luxury kids room designs that embody the glamour, magic, and sense of wonder that comprise the travel experience.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This timeless tale starts in a residence\u00a0<\/strong>in the heart of Montreal,\u00a0a place where winters are long and cold and daylight hours are few. Wanting to create\u00a0a space that would be warm and bright all year round,\u00a0David Charrette created this enchanted project where \u201clight and bright<\/a><\/strong><\/em>\u201d was central to the overall design.<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n \"luxury<\/a>\n\n\n\n

This tale starts with the\u00a0de Gournay\u00a0hand-painted wall covering in a fresh mint color and accented with flying butterflies perfectly complements the butterfly shapes of the\u00a0KOKET Nymph Wall Lamp<\/strong><\/a>\u00a0and the soft curves and organic shapes of CIRCU\u00a0Tristen Bed<\/strong><\/a>. David Charette loves the Tristen Bed, not only because of its\u00a0youthful vibe<\/a><\/strong>\u00a0but also for the \u201cergonomics of the piece and the fact that it\u2019s easy for children to climb in and out of<\/strong><\/em>\u201c.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The 22\u2019 ceilings of the bedroom<\/a><\/strong> provided a unique opportunity for Britto Charette to use a standout Giraffe Chandelier by Marc Antonio that Jay Britto saw when visiting iSaloni.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cIt was a perfect fit! We love the whimsy\u00a0and beauty that combine in this extraordinary piece and believe it adds depth and interest to\u00a0the overall design that highlights Circu\u2019s products\u201d<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

This\u00a0luxury kids room<\/a><\/strong>\u00a0also features a relaxing\u00a0seating<\/a><\/strong>\u00a0area where the little kids\u00a0can read their favorite fairytales\u00a0while seated on the\u00a0CIRCU Dainty Armchair.<\/strong><\/a>\u00a0Specially created for kids, this delicate armchair brings elegance to the room and a pop of color with its pink velvet shade. And to make this space feel as it is separated from the rest of the\u00a0sleeping area<\/a><\/strong>, David Charette picked\u00a0\u00a0Boca Do Lobo Gold Folding Screen<\/strong><\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n \"luxury<\/a>\n\n\n\n

As a lover of adventure and travel, David Charette wanted to create a special place with an\u00a0Out of Africa Vibe<\/a><\/strong><\/em>\u00a0that\u00a0will stir a child\u2019s imagination and encourage lifelong travels and adventures.Since camping was a big part of the designer\u2019s childhood he\u00a0wanted to convey its happy memories\u00a0by incorporating the\u00a0Teepee Tent<\/strong><\/a>\u00a0that will allow children to\u00a0feel like they are camping in the middle of an enchanted forest, without leaving the comfort of their room. This nature-inspired theme is complemented by Fornasetti wall covering from Cole & Son and\u00a0\u00a0Filigree Cricket Wall Lamp<\/strong><\/a>, clever insect-shaped wall sconces by\u00a0Boca do Lobo<\/strong><\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cThe\u00a0clouds on the ceiling\u00a0further the idea of camping (in this case \u201cglamping\u201d) and dreaming, and the\u00a0Circu Cloud Suspension lamps<\/a>\u00a0add to the dreamy camping vibe.\u201d<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Keeping with the adventurous vibe the designer selected the\u00a0CIRCU NODO Suspension Chair<\/strong><\/a>, which is a must in every luxury kids room wince not only\u00a0brings outdoor fun<\/a><\/strong>\u00a0into the room with an elegant touch but also provides a comfortable\u00a0place where kids can relax and read their favorite stories.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

By designing this\u00a0luxury kids room<\/strong><\/em><\/a>\u00a0David Charette from\u00a0Britto Charette<\/a><\/strong><\/em>\u00a0hoped that his design will serve to\u00a0<\/strong>encourage children to dream and play and to develop a respect for nature as they embark on their own incredible adventures. Furthermore, because he designed them to be \u201ctransitional\u201d bedrooms that can take children from toddler years to adolescence, he hopes parents will see the value in purchasing\u00a0Circu products<\/strong>\u00a0and other items that\u00a0are special and outside the scope of mass-produced children\u2019s designs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
