\u00a0The designer has\u00a0an\u00a0amazing\u00a0portfolio filled with clean, sophisticated and\u00a0functional\u00a0High\u00a0End Residential, Hospitality and Specialty Commercial Interiors<\/a><\/em><\/strong>\u00a0Nationwide.\u00a0From sunny Los Angeles, California, the\u00a0mind\u00a0behind\u00a0Claudia\u00a0Afshar\u00a0Design<\/em><\/strong><\/a>\u00a0accepted\u00a0our\u00a0invitation, and we\u00a0had\u00a0a lovely conversation\u00a0regarding\u00a0design and how it can\u00a0be\u00a0a\u00a0useful\u00a0tool to\u00a0solve\u00a0the\u00a0world\u2019s\u00a0issues. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Claudia Afshar<\/a><\/em><\/strong>\u00a0needs no introduction. The designer and founder\/CEO of\u00a0Claudia Afshar Design Studio<\/a><\/em><\/strong>, has been making waves in the design industry due to her incredible\u00a0fresh, sophisticated, and functional residential design projects<\/a>.<\/em><\/strong> <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Sometimes it can be hard to get a conversation started, first questions always make us nervous, however the designer is used to it. Maria Saiz was the person conducting the live interview and her first question was precisely about the first doubts of the designer\u2019s clients. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

The most important part to\u00a0Claudia<\/a>\u00a0<\/em><\/strong>is to understand how she\u2019ll be able to create a space that reflects who we are and an interior that evokes emotions. Regardless of her unique design style, she is concerned about delivering a final result that matches the client\u2019s needs and wishes.\u00a0\u201cUltimately, they are looking for us to maximise how the space is used, bring insight into how to achieve this and execute in a way that is top quality, longstanding, durable and addresses their needs and desires.\u201d<\/em> <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Claudia Afshar grew up between London and the British Countryside, surrounded by great design influence. She apprenticed at her Mother\u2019s award winning interior design firm,\u00a0Living in Space<\/em><\/strong>, while she learned architectural design and ground-up development from her Father\u2019s successful large-scale property firm.\u00a0Claudia even shared with us that it wasn\u2019t hard to find her own design signature, and that it wad a privilege to grew up surrounded by so many design inspiration. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Besides her family, the designer is one of the biggest fans of \u00a0Mr. Christian Liaigre<\/em><\/strong>, that unfortunately passed away recently. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Maria\u00a0Saiz\u00a0also\u00a0took\u00a0the\u00a0chance\u00a0to\u00a0ask\u00a0more\u00a0details\u00a0and some secrets about Claudia\u2019s amazing design projects!\u00a0The\u00a0designer\u00a0shared\u00a0that one of the most challenging projects\u00a0was\u00a0to\u00a0create\u00a0the\u00a0house\u00a0of a\u00a0celebrity\u00a0while he was recording a\u00a0new\u00a0movie and\u00a0only\u00a0saw\u00a0his\u00a0home\u00a0when it was already ready!\u00a0Our\u00a0viewers\u00a0were super excited and wanted to\u00a0know\u00a0the\u00a0name\u00a0of the\u00a0mysterious\u00a0celebrity\u00a0that trusted Claudia\u00a0Afshar\u00a0for such an\u00a0important\u00a0task.\u00a0The\u00a0designer\u00a0decided to\u00a0reveal\u00a0the\u00a0secret\u00a0to\u00a0DelightFULL\u2019s\u00a0followers, and they went crazy when she\u00a0said\u00a0the\u00a0name\u00a0of the\u00a0comedian\u00a0Martin Lawrence!\u00a0<\/em><\/strong> <\/p>\n\n\n\n

The renowned LA designer has accomplished so much in her\u00a0career, however\u00a0we\u00a0can feel\u00a0the\u00a0excitement\u00a0she\u00a0has\u00a0on going on with her incredible ideas and experience\u00a0new\u00a0areas.\u00a0Soon\u00a0she\u2019ll be launching a special rug\u00a0collection, and\u00a0the\u00a0team\u00a0of\u00a0Claudia\u00a0Afshar\u00a0Luxury interiors\u00a0is\u00a0\u201cCurrently\u00a0we\u00a0are\u00a0working\u00a0on some lovely projects, both locally in California and nationwide.\u00a0We\u00a0have\u00a0a beautiful\u00a0contemporary\u00a0new\u00a0build\u00a0overlooking\u00a0stunning\u00a0lake views up in Idaho, gorgeous renovations in La\u00a0Canyada\u00a0and Beverly\u00a0Hills\u00a0and a\u00a0stunning\u00a0contemporary\u00a0new\u00a0build in\u00a0Holmby\u00a0Hills, to\u00a0name\u00a0a few.\u00a0We\u00a0are also collaborating with various\u00a0companies\u00a0in showroom\u00a0design, retail and commercial\u00a0design\u00a0as well as product development.\u00a0The\u00a0art\u00a0of my\u00a0design\u00a0work\u00a0is\u00a0to\u00a0interpret\u00a0client\u2019s\u00a0requirements\u00a0and\u00a0make\u00a0something that they\u00a0truly\u00a0love\u00a0living in.\u00a0This\u00a0excites\u00a0me and continually inspires both me and my\u00a0team\u00a0to\u00a0develop\u00a0new\u00a0concepts and to\u00a0transform\u00a0the\u00a0spaces\u00a0we are\u00a0given\u00a0into unique and luxurious environments.\u201d <\/p>\n\n\n\n
