The famous radio host, Tom Joyner<\/em>,<\/span><\/strong> who has owned properties in some of the country\u2019s most trendy spots<\/a><\/span><\/strong>, like Beverly Hills or New York, decided to sell all of his other luxury real estate<\/span><\/strong><\/a> properties when he decided to retire to this exclusive residential project<\/a> <\/span><\/strong>in the north of Miami. Today we are going to take inside this incredible luxury home<\/span><\/strong><\/a> and teach you how you can take the look!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The current permanent luxury residence<\/a><\/span><\/strong> of one of the top American radio icons is located in a town famous for its regal oceanfront estate and private beaches. When Tom Joyner<\/span><\/em><\/strong> decided to buy this incredible luxury real estate<\/a><\/span><\/strong> he knew that the house needs some renovation works, but the final result shows that the all of the waiting period was worth it. The design dream<\/a><\/span><\/strong> team was composed by famous interior designe<\/a>r<\/span><\/strong> Deborah Wecselman, architect Wesley Kean of KoDA, contractor Larqcon Group, landscape architecture firm Enea, and art consulting from Miriam Koplowitz. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

The renovation of this Mediterranean-style home owned by Tom Joyner<\/span><\/em><\/strong> took almost two and half years to be completed. However, this incredible celebrity home<\/a><\/span><\/strong> is now one of the top luxury home celebrities<\/span><\/strong><\/a> in the state thanks to its manse flooded with light and large, airy spaces perfect for enjoying the beautiful beach scenario. All of the bespoke interiors<\/a><\/span><\/strong> were designed by the famous interior designer<\/a><\/span><\/strong>, Deborah Wecselman,\u00a0who was once senior director of international store design at Ralph Lauren, so we couldn\u2019t expect any less.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The unique interiors<\/span><\/strong><\/a> combine Tom Joyner<\/span><\/em><\/strong>\u2018s strong red palette (which is one of his favorite colors) with Wecselman trendy neutrals.\u00a0 The statement piece<\/a><\/span><\/strong> of the main living room design is without a doubt the black Anish Kapoor mirror in the back, a true master artwork for an art deco inspiration!<\/a><\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n
