It\u2019s founder, Carlo Donati<\/span> <\/em><\/strong>was born in Zibello (Parma) in 1965 and studied architecture at the Politecnico of Milan where he graduated in 1992. A few years later, in 1995, Carlo Donati<\/span><\/em><\/strong> moved to New York to be the consultant architect of one of the most famous luxury design<\/a><\/span><\/strong> groups in the world, also known as Versace. During that time, the Italian interior design<\/a><\/span><\/strong>er was challenged with the renovation of Gianni Versace\u2019s townhouse and the historic Vanderbilt Mansion, the main flagship store on Fifth Avenue. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

After working for one of the most prestigious luxury design<\/a><\/span><\/strong> groups in the world, Carlo Donati<\/span> <\/em><\/strong>in 1996 decided to create not only his own firm \u201cCarlo Donati Studio<\/span><\/em><\/strong>\u201d, but also the \u201cFarnese Contract\u201d with Adriano Donati and Massimo Avanzini, that operates as a general contractor, working with the most successful design studios. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
