Last June, mid-century modern<\/strong><\/em><\/span> vibes arrived in the Flowers District of New York through the work of Rockwell Group<\/strong>!<\/p>\n

Rising 35 stories high, Moxy Chelsea<\/strong> is a unique time machine and a real wonder for design lovers. Elegant and exquisite, its spaces take us back in time and offer the visitor an unforgettable experience of \u201cdiscovery, surprise, and rejuvenation\u201d. This is probably the most luxurious greenhouse you have ever seen!<\/p>\n

\u201cFeroce Ristorante and Caff\u00e9<\/strong>\u201d illustrates it in every corner. Guests can enter this place through the street level and, after the first room, many others are ready to enchant you with the Italian inspiration that you can feel in the ground, walls, and ceilings.<\/p>\n

\"mid-century<\/a>The lightful cafe \u2013 the place to taste the best Italian pastry \u2013 contrasts with the sober ambiance of the \u201cFeroce Resturant<\/strong>\u201c. Light is an important reference here\u2026 take a look into the fascinating ceiling and how it works so perfectly with the bar chairs selected to the pastry shop. Such a retro inspiration<\/strong>!<\/p>\n

As in the cafe, the luxurious dining area of the hotel is composed of mid-century modern furniture<\/strong> which presence extends from the indoor room to the outdoor area, offering the space an excellent vintage look<\/strong>. The Italian experience remains but, at this point, the team of interior designers decided to build an intercontinental bridge using Hollywood inspired semi-circular banquets in front of the large industrial window, turning the area much more appealing.<\/p>\n

\"mid-century<\/a>During the day or at night, guests are always invited to ascend the second floor and get delighted by one of the most exciting rooms of the hotel. A two floors glass wall allows the city to enter the \u201cThe Conservatory\u201d area creating the perfect harmony with the\u00a0green 20-foot-high wall which is the masterpiece of the botanical inspiration of the Moxy Chelsea Hotel of New York. There, mid-century modern<\/strong><\/em> lamps, sofas and bar chairs seal the greenhouse environment of the place.<\/p>\n

On the opposite side of it, there\u2019s a bar where a dark sofa invites everyone to gather and enjoy delicious cocktails after a chef-level meal in the \u201cFeroce Resturant\u201d.\"mid-century\"mid-century<\/a><\/p>\n

Keep going up, on the rooftop you can find \u201cThe Fleur Room\u201d which also captures a botanical theme. With large windows, the top bar features the Empire State Building. A dynamic palette of materials mixes concrete and industrial fenestration with the elegant wood and patterns of the vintage furniture. Light is a discreet topic here\u2026 it looks like the designers want the lights of the city to illuminate your experience bringing a touch of glamour into the closed rooftop.<\/p>\n
