\u201cWe knew we wanted to preserve this time capsule \u2013\u00a0it was too perfect to touch,\u201d said the owners of this amazing house, Valentine and Bob Coscarelli, who purchased the home on 2016, just by watching it through facetime with their realtor.<\/p>\n

With perfectly sized rooms, all the environment around it gives the timeless experience that you are supposed to feel when in contact with a mid-century house. All the interiors were untouchable and well preserved. There were minor changes like some furniture pieces\u00a0that got replaced, others who were rearranged and the roof that was changed.<\/p>\n

Basically, Valentine and Bob Coscarelli just filled the kitchen cabinets, brought some closes and start living in The Frosted House<\/a> straight away.<\/p>\n

As you enter the Front Doors you have one of the two glass partitions, that brings a different touch to this mid-century\u00a0modern architecture, and the other one separates the sleeping area from the dressing section in the Master Bedroom.<\/p>\n

And we couldn\u2019t forget about one of the most used rooms in the house, the place where the owners watch TV and eat casual meals, the living room that is filled with natural light from all the windows.<\/p>\n
