The Villa is nestled between idyllic beaches, romantic sunsets and evergreen forests, making it the perfect atmosphere for designers to create this pinnacle of serenity. The villa opens to the clear, blue waters that region is famous for, and is a reflection of the Vietnamese lifestyle. Space is utilised to give a minimalistic, yet comfortable ambience and is plush with comfortable seating with bold colours.

Gemdale is located in Tianjin, the oldest port on the northern region of the Yellow River. The water of the Tianjin Harbour melded harmoniously with the pristine colour and texture of the Yellow River, which was the source of inspiration for the design.

Once the infamous and historical site of London’s Metropolitan Police headquarters, Ministry of Defence and palace housing Scottish royalty, the 1820s listed building’s latest chapter is a 152-room luxury boutique hotel, reminiscent of a country estate, in which the notorious stories of the landmark’s past unfold through exquisitely sculpted interiors and eclectic decorative elements.
