The Prince spent most of his time in Paisley Park mansion in Minneapolis, but at the same time owned five-acre area on the shore of Providenciales in Turks and Caicos islands. Must be his holiday’s place? Well, no matter what the view of the blue water and white sand beach definitely would attract any eye.

The 10,000-square-foot house surprisingly contains six bedrooms, six-and-a-half bathrooms, and a customized purple driveway. That is why you can be calm by throwing parties there and have friends over! Because we are sure that everybody would like to hang out in celebrity mansions.

In addition to panoramic ocean views from every side, the estate also has a tennis court, two private beaches, and a 200-foot private dock. We are pretty sure there are also some creatures that enjoy the nature outside the mansion. Other than that, you can enjoy complete privacy.

Bids are currently being accepted by paper until July 12, 2018, only. As there is no official bid for now, after Prince’s death in 2016 it was evaluated for nearly $12 million. The price seems high, but to have almost the whole island is worth it, right? Not every day there are celebrity homes for sale.

Todd Wohl, the founder of Premiere Estates Auction Company, said: “The value is ultimately determined by the market—with a unique property like Prince’s Turks and Caicos estate, we anticipate significant interest and multiple bidders.”

Nevertheless, there is another rule – $100,000 registration deposit, which is required for the bid, but if after some time you decide not to purchase it, the deposit can be refunded.

So start living like a celebrity right now and enjoy everything that this mansion could give you because you can be the next celebrity!
