The 17th annual Architectural Digest Design Show has begun, here are some of the reasons why you should go and enjoy it.
The world’s leading brands along with today’s top talent come together at AD Show. From furniture, accessories, lighting, and art to kitchen, bath, and building projects, the show offers thousands of products to source and shop—40,000 design aficionados to interact with incredible design displays from more than 400 brands.

1. Covet House is there
As is evident, Covet House is going to be there. The group has his own stand, where you can see and touch some of the pieces. You can also communicate with some of the partners and make questions personally. If you get the chance to visit them, they are at stand 601. And guess what? Essential Home is there, making everyone fall in love with its amazing mid-century furniture!
2. You can explore New York City
The show is located at 55th Street at 12th Avenue, on the piers 92/94, right in front of the Hudson river. If you never had the chance to explore Hell’s Kitchen this is your opportunity. Times Square and Trump Tower are also pretty close, if this is your first visit to The Big Apple.
3. Classic to Contemporary
Jill Cohen will moderate this talk by Ellie Cullman and her partners at Cullman & Kravis on incorporating historic details and sensibility while designing contemporary spaces, from Miami villas to New York City duplexes.
4. Through the Lens of Fashion, Travel, and Design
Join designer Jeffrey Bilhuber and photographer Douglas Friedman in a riveting discussion about the world of fashion, the world at large, and how this interconnected influences impact the global design. The panel will be moderated by T Magazine design editor Tom Delevan.
5. Top Reasons to Hire an Interior Designer
Even though we shouldn’t have to do too much convincing after the discussions thus far, Joshua David, Heather Smith, Xandro Aventajado, and Joanna Goodman will go beyond why you should hire a interior designer into exploring the process of finding the right one, taking into account the pitfalls and praise that come by default. Maury Riad, Fortuny co-owner and founder of design coworking space Fuigo, will be moderating.
6. Special Events
