This 3500 square foot apartment, in Manhattan, is the next project in which Pepe Calderin team pulled a great job. Starting with this sideboard that gives this feeling of modernity alongside a cool design refreshing vibe combined with a great mirror, an original and fanciful design that highlights the hall.

The design throughout the residence is classic yet modern, keeping the color scheme light and neutral with particles of gold, black and lilac accents. With also light wood panels involving the columns which frame and highlight the stunning city views. The floors are stained in dark tobacco to create the ultimate contrast.

The open layout of the main room is perfect for entertaining since it’s large and open, giving extra space for activities. The octagonal dining table separating the living and family room is a statement piece that acts as a focal point as you enter the room. The use of onyx is further used in the bar and fireplace to tie the design features together.
