Growing up among generations of woodworkers and craftsmen, Jory Brigham discovered his own creative voice at an early age. Built on top of a philosophy that opts for hand tools and raw materials over a more industrial, mechanized approach, each piece that Jory designs gives credence to this classic approach and it’s because of this approach that no two pieces can be exactly identical.

THE BOZLEYS

The Bozley is named after and originally designed for Jory’s youngest son, who needed a custom chair to reach the family dinner table. The original design was then scaled to fit a classic 31” bar stool height.
When choosing the materials for this piece, Jory recounts, “I really love the time in America’s history where you say a preeminence of Danish furniture.”

The technological evolution throughout the 70’s brought experimentation with natural and synthetic materials, pushing boundaries in both taste and form. The Mack epitomizes the clash of an era where norms of elegance were challenged. The piece pays homage to those wild days of the past.

MACKENROW table tennis

“Whiff-waff” has come a long way from its humble roots. Starting as a game soldiers would play to kill time, they used books to mark the net and a golf ball to volley. Jory sought out to create something a little more memorable. Forged from walnut the table is accented with a strip of orange, tasteful brass inlay, and a net comprised of a classic Danish weave.
