Salone del Mobile\u2019s doors opened today and the first day of what\u2019s known to be one of the biggest furniture fairs in all Europe was already full of excitement!<\/h2>\n

Until Sunday, if you\u2019re in Milan, you will be able to be a part of one of the most exciting moments of the interior design industry. Milan Design Week is happening, as is Fuorisalone and Salone del Mobile, the two main events of the week. This means Salone del Mobile 2018<\/strong><\/em> is oficially here, and below you can find our take on the first day! What\u2019s happening and, more importantly, what\u2019s to come!<\/p>\n

What\u2019s happening around the halls?<\/h4>\n

Essential Home<\/span><\/a>, in partnership with DelightFULL<\/span><\/a> and PullCast<\/span><\/a> started to receive guests at 9.30am, when they unveiled their three new pieces. As the weeks passes by we will be revisiting Essential Home\u2019s stand. For now, take a look at Essential Home\u2019s new products live until the 22nd of April in Hall 01 \u2013 Stand L09<\/strong><\/span>!<\/p>\n

Then, of course, we have Seletti<\/strong>. Each trade show, the iconic brand never ceases to amaze us. Their stands are always full of color and amazing pop art references which we can\u2019t help but love. The brand brought along their iconic Monkey and Mouse lamps, as well as a few new brand things!<\/p>\n

Their more tropical area made everyone\u2019s day, and people kept passing by to take photos and bring a little bit of Seletti\u2019s paradise with them home.<\/p>\n

Adrenalina<\/em> was another amazing stand that everyone seemed to be loving. Filled with bright colors and tropical references, we particularly loved the comfy couches scattared around the stand. Definitely worth a visit if you\u2019re still attending Salone del Mobile until Sunday.<\/p>\n

On a more minimalist note, Arlex boasted an amazingly elegant stand. The furniture brand presented several rooms with their minimalist furniture, very showroom-like, showing everyone how amazing a simple contemporary home can look.<\/p>\n

Finally, another one of our favorites, Paolo Capello. Simple, well-made pieces of furniture that stand out on their own. The lighting designs are equally as stunning, with a simple copper-like finish at the bottom.<\/p>\n
