And while you\u2019re there, you should take some time to try some of the most famous restaurants in the city. Christopher\u2019s Bar & Grill<\/h4>\n

With its doors open since 1991 in the heart of Covent Garden, \u201cChristopher\u2019s has established itself as one of London\u2019s prime American restaurants.<\/em>\u201d You will be able to find a Martini Bar on the ground floor \u2013 stunningly lit by DelightFULL mid-century lamps<\/a> -, a sophisticated dining room on the first floor and a Club room on the lower ground floor, which is apt for private events.<\/p>\n

If you know Zuma, you will love Roka. According to Time Out\u00a0London, \u00a0\u201cthe glass-fronted fa\u00e7ade gives passersby a peek of the chefs at work preparing robata-grilled goodies<\/em>,\u201d which is always a good sign! If you are a sushi lover, know that their raw dishes are very much worth exploring. Plates such as the ruby-red tuna sashimi are a must have.<\/p>\n

Jason Atherton is known for being Ramsay\u2019s prot\u00e9g\u00e9, so you know this is going to be good. Back in 2013, Atherton oversaw three London openings and the Social Eating House was one of them. It feels relaxed and informal, with a dark dining room where the mirrored ceiling looks magical. Put this together with the head chef Paul Hood\u2019s sophisticated menus and you\u2019ll get a restaurant you will never want to leave again.<\/p>\n

Ceviche Soho<\/h4>\n

If you can\u2019t go a week without having the best ceviche, then the only thing you need to do is to march to Ceviche Soho and get marveled\u00a0with the half a dozen tasty versions of ceviche they have to offer. However, there is much more than that, and you can also ask for excellent char-grilled meat and fish skewers, crumbly corn cakes and other nibbles on offer. Don\u2019t forget to ask for their pisco sour before going out!<\/p>\n

Keen on Sri Lankan food? The place to go is Hoppers! One of the only exclusively Sri Lankan restaurants in the city, Hoppers delivers nothing other than amazing food. Its small room is always full and the chances you\u2019ll have to queue are honestly very high, but we promise you that it will be worth the wait!<\/p>\n

The Barbary<\/h4>\n

Another restaurant where you will probably have to queue to get in, but it will also be very much worth the wait. Once you get in, you will be able to feast on moreish deep-fried snacks that don\u2019t even appear on the main menu and are honestly delicious! Other than that, you will find modern Israeli food with all the flavor you will need to make this trip one of the best yet. According to Time Out London, \u201cthe smoky room is stuffed full of music, laughter and people that are beautiful in the best way: inside and out<\/em>.\u201d<\/p>\n

Counter Culture is a laid back and very relaxed restaurant, so if you like your restaurants to be highly sophisticated, with starched napkins, you might want to move along. At the Counter Culture, you will find grunge music, a charming staff, and an overwhelming display of incredible dishes signed with a contemporary European style. According to Time Out, \u201cthe plates are small but intricate, yet somehow without ever crossing the line into fussy<\/em>\u201c.<\/p>\n

Bistrotheque<\/h4>\n

If you still have some time available off of your London Design Festival schedule, make sure to stop by one of the top restaurants in London. Known for its top of the notch French cuisine inspired dishes, this stylish spot is a scenester kind of a place. If you have the chance, come by on the weekend, and you\u2019ll find pancakes, a full English breakfast or even eggs Benedict.<\/p>\n
