Keeping in mind the\u00a0distinctive look and feel of buildings from the mid to late 1950\u2019s<\/strong>,\u00a0the Build_Inc. <\/a>team respectfully employed some of the most\u00a0noticeable\u00a0effects in the design from the era, namely brass and textured\u00a0concrete.<\/p>\n

\u00a0<\/p>\n

The brass veins then continue\u00a0like tentacles throughout the entire space to wrap around\u00a0the gray\u00a0concrete bar, climb up walls and adhere to the wide windows, before finally\u00a0forming the ambient lighting fixtures throughout. Touches of golden\u00a0brass\u00a0can even be seen stretching through the furniture, embracing\u00a0the lounge chairs and the edges of the lacquered wood tables.<\/p>\n

Reverence is also paid to\u00a0the great Swiss-French architect, Charles-Edouard Jeanneret-Gris,\u00a0better known as Le Corbusier, in the striking umbra-black\u00a0paint used\u00a0on all the visible structural elements in the space, such as the\u00a0ceiling and supporting columns.<\/p>\n
