This massive structure of the New York skyline was conceived by architect\u00a0Rafael Vi\u00f1oly<\/strong>, while the interiors were designed by Deborah Berke\u00a0and the firm Bentel & Bentel. With this in mind, what you are about to see is\u00a0an actual 432 Park Avenue apartment<\/strong> <\/em>designed by Deborah Berke Partners<\/strong> with one of the most breathtaking views in the world.<\/p>\n

Following a very visually clean aesthetics, Deborah Berke Partners took the challenge to design every interior of the residential skyscraper in New York. With\u00a010-foot-by-10-foot windows that make it possible for you to indulge in this outstanding view of the Big Apple\u2019s skyline.<\/p>\n

\u201cOur design for all the interior apartments features formal alignments that frame views and create a connection to the exterior.\u201d\u00a0<\/em><\/p><\/blockquote>\n

\u201cIn the living room of the model residence, a Yves Klein coffee table, a Fortuny chandelier and an Elizabeth Eakins wool\/silk rug perfectly align with the windows and the city beyond,\u201d<\/em>\u00a0explained the designers for Deborah Berke partners on their Behance account.<\/p>\n

\u201cFloors are pale maple, bathrooms are slabbed marble, and all hardware is custom designed for the building.\u201d\u00a0<\/em>In the end, you get an elegant and sophisticated interior design, with a very bespoke<\/strong> feeling, where every detail is custom-made.<\/p>\n

The kitchen<\/strong> features a marble flooring and an all-white color palette, with the exception of a few light wood and marble details. Three minimalist pendant lamps<\/strong> hover above the kitchen island, while on the far right we can see another oversized window with a view over Central Park.<\/p>\n

Every room of this model residence mirrors the geometrical<\/strong> architecture of the building and the work done by\u00a0Vi\u00f1oly<\/strong>. The grandeur<\/em> of such a project is balanced by the use of functional everyday objects. This made it possible for the designers to create a luxurious interior design with a functional side.<\/p>\n

Of course that Deborah Berke made sure to include rich fabrics<\/strong>, textures, and colors to the design. In the master bedroom, we can see a dark blue velvet that sits well with the patterned quilt and the tufted wall on the headboard wall.<\/p>\n
