Marcel Wanders got the world\u2019s attention\u00a0in 1996 with his iconic Knotted Chair. Regarded by many as an anomaly in the design world, he\u00a0has made his mission to \u201ccreate an environment of love, live with passion and make our most exciting dreams come true.\u201d<\/p>\n

His work excites, provokes, and polarizes, but never fails to surprise for its ingenuity, daring and singular quest to uplift the human spirit, and entertain.\u00a0In his designs Marcel<\/em> often mixes innovative materials and techniques with references to well known historical styles and archetypes, so users can easily connect to the pieces, enjoying them for a long time and in doing so create sustainable surroundings.<\/p>\n

The Kamega Grand Zurich<\/strong><\/h6>\n

The \u00a0\u2018Kameha Grand Zurich\u2019<\/a>\u00a0 designed by Marcel Wanders is a hotel that celebrates the rich heritage of Switzerland. Inside unique elements of the local culture warmly welcome international guests. It is a place that could only exist in Zurich, with no other interiors like it. Here we present the photography from this new hotel to show a glimpse of the wonderful experience awaiting those who visit.<\/p>\n

The first full residential project of Marcel Wanders, the 850m2 residence embodies Marcels\u2019 vision in each of its curved corners. The conversion and extension of the Mediterranean sixties villa, gave birth to a friendly meeting between old and new.\u00a0Located in Mallorca, Casa son Vida was completed in 2009.<\/p>\n

This is a beautiful Amsterdam apartment designed with great attention to details. The design accents gives out a luxuorius royal ambience yet the minimalistic colors add that modern touch to the interiors.<\/p>\n

Private Residence Taipei combines Marcel\u2019s design signature with local-inspired elements. Each space is lovingly conceived as a jewelry box with attention to detail, richly decorative reliefs and bespoke furniture setting the tone.
