Although the Creel family\u2019s youthful <a href=\"http:\/\/essentialhome.eu\/room-by-room?utm_source=blog&amp;utm_medium=article-text&amp;utm_content=essentialhomeblog-5macabretvshows&amp;utm_campaign=inspiration&amp;utm_term=dmorais\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" title=\"\"><em><strong>1950s-style furnishings<\/strong><\/em><\/a> didn\u2019t fully fit the Victorian architecture of the home, it was a welcome change from the 80s style and furnishings we are so used to seeing from previous seasons.<\/p>\n<table class=\" table table-hover\" id=\"shortcodes_table\" align=\"center\">\n<tbody>\n<tr>\n<td><a class=\"bannerDinamicAction\" href=\":\/\/\" target=\"_blank\" data-imageid=\"0\" title=\"\">\n    <img class=\"img-responsive\" src=\"\" alt=\"\"><\/a><\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/tbody>\n<\/table>\n<p>Filmed at the real-life Claremont House in Georgia and on a soundstage, the large Gothic Revival\u2013style home has a labyrinth of nooks and crannies for secrets to hide. The\u00a0<em>Stranger Things<\/em> design team (including production designer Chris Trujillo, supervising art director Sean Brennan, and set decorator Jess Royal) created a rich and textured environment that would pop on screen both in 1950s flashback scenes and when the\u00a0Hawkins kids discover the home long-abandoned in 1986.
