Located in Miami this wonderful house<\/strong> <\/a>by Pepe Calderin is a dream home, facing one of the most luxurious marinas in the city, it presents us with an incredible view! Located in a quiet area, this house is close to major business centers as well as nightlife venues, with easy access to beautiful beaches. Inspired by the elegance and light of Miami contrasted with the eccentricity of the designer Pepe Calderin<\/strong><\/em><\/a> we can check out the best of both worlds.<\/p>\n

Pepe embarked on this adventure and designed this beautiful house in Miami \u2014 \u201cCreating this project was so much fun. This was project to think out of the box and to manifest how great and limitless a space can be. Being free and have an open mind and heart for every project is my main creative process. I open myself to the unknown.\u201d<\/em>\u2014 stated Pepe.<\/p>\n

Taking a short tour of this house composed of two bedrooms for children and the master bedroom, with a kitchen accompanied by the dining room, living room plus the family room and an office, still presents us with a cute playroom for children, a bar area with billiards and a cinema. Throughout the house we can see that art is highly valued, we can see statuettes, several paintings and decor that are authentic works of art. All products<\/strong> <\/em><\/a>in this project were meticulously chosen, are of excellent quality and finish, with international luxury brands<\/strong><\/a> such as Essential Home, DelightFULL and Mid Century Club.<\/p>\n

Starting with the living room, we see a huge rug in shades of green with snake pattern contrasting with the black of the Marco armchairs<\/em><\/strong><\/a> and the white of the Fitzgerald modular sofa<\/em><\/strong><\/a>, highlighting the golds of the center table that give a glamorous touch in the room. Fitzgerald was the perfect choice for this living room, because it is completely adaptable to the measurements of the spaces, because unlike this house, modern homes have the rooms smaller and smaller. It is the perfect modular sofa can be the true shape-shifter. Rounded and oversized, with a low backrest and a cockpit structure, the new version of the Fitzgerald sofa by Studiopepe<\/strong><\/a> is modular in shape, color and design, providing individual comfort like no other. With the same Italian architectural inspiration, the sectional module series can be arranged in virtually any desired shape for any space. When asked about his favorite piece of the project, Pepe had difficulty \u2014 \u201cIt hard to pick one favorite piece from the amazing election you have. But let\u2019s pick Fitzgerald Sofa.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n

In the dining room, gold tones predominate, both in the Lane suspension lamp by DelightFULL<\/strong><\/a> and in the inconic Monocles sideboard by Essential Home<\/strong><\/a>, which contrast with the black of the Collins dining chairs<\/strong><\/a>. Highlights include the Monocles, a piece full of history, inspired by the Bond film, enjoys charm and luxury like no other piece could ever have. With its solid walnut wood frames and gilded brass legs it is the ideal piece for retro lovers and Mid Century style<\/em><\/strong><\/a> admirers.<\/p>\n

Again in golden tones, we present the kitchen<\/strong><\/em><\/a>, with red accents this kitchen is incredibly modern and current. With Kelly bar chairs<\/strong><\/a>, best sellers from Essential Home, who wouldn\u2019t want to enjoy this kitchen? Inspired by the sculpted arches of the bar in the classic movie Casablanca, it is an unforgettable international piece, besides being stylish, it was made to be comfortable and to withstand long periods of sitting.<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/a><\/p>\n

Family room<\/em><\/strong><\/a>, a room dedicated to the family, where socializing and entertainment are promoted. In lighter tones than we have seen, we have in the foreground the beige color with a touch of peach color in the bench <\/strong><\/a>and armchairs<\/strong><\/a>. This room has a cleaner look where it is possible to sit the whole family and be in harmony.<\/p>\n

Going through the master bedroom, we can see a different environment from these common areas we have seen so far, we see a room in darker and cleaner tones, without big patterns and colors. Pepe opted for a palette of blue tones combined with whites and golds. This bed made especially for this project was inspired by the Loren armchair<\/strong><\/a> from Essentia Home, lit by Gallianos suspension lamps<\/strong><\/a> and the Karlotta armchair <\/strong><\/a>designed by Karim Rashid for Essential Home<\/em><\/strong><\/a>.<\/p>\n

Finally, we have the office, a more professional place where you can keep all the household distractions out the door. It\u2019s a very spacious office, with two beautiful statues created from scratch on purpose for this project. Accompanied by the Minelli armchair<\/strong><\/a>, a classic-looking armchair that is both stunning and timeless, proving that Mid Century style<\/em><\/strong><\/a> hasn\u2019t gone out of style yet.<\/p>\n
