Integrated within the natural landscape, this residential area comes with two basic layout options. They can be customized with pre-selected materials and upgrades, for example architectural additions or locally designed furniture pieces.<\/p>\n

It is also important to mention that this was designed to emphasize sustainability with locally sourced materials, passive solar design and a high\u2010efficiency hydronic heating system. This was all strategically planned to ensure that a smaller overall footprint was left.<\/p>\n

As you can see, the Hudson Woods project has a reference to Scandinavian and Mid-Century Design Aesthetics. Also, one thing that surely stands out, it\u2019s the white oak used on the interior walls.<\/p>\n

Those residences\u2019 prices start at \u20ac765,000 USD, but each lot is ranging from 2.7 to over 10 acres. Besides that, every buyer receives a turn-key home, without going through the lengthy process of designing and building a custom dwelling from the ground-up.<\/p>\n
