Famous for his cosmopolitan lifestyle and amazing eye to the latest design trends and ideas<\/a><\/strong><\/span>, veteran tastemaker Jason Basmajian<\/strong><\/em><\/span> has designed a residential project<\/a><\/strong><\/span> for himself that shows his unique taste<\/strong><\/span><\/a>! During his searching period, the designer was drawn to a New York-inspired loft-like feel building in Kentish Town.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Featuring some incredible industrial style amenities with bespoke furniture pieces<\/a><\/strong><\/span>, the new London apartment of Jason Basmajian<\/strong><\/em><\/span> also features a 24-hour doorman and a gym, which is something unusual in the city\u2019s real estate culture. With three exposures, high ceilings, and oak flooring, it\u2019s a loft space with a decidedly grown-up feel.<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n \"\"<\/a>\n\n\n\n

With some greeted with rows of industrial windows and an open floor plan, Jason Basmajian<\/strong><\/em><\/span>\u2018s London flat is a paradise for the mid-century style<\/a><\/strong><\/span> and industrial design lovers. The residential project<\/a><\/strong><\/span>, originally a three-bedroom, two-bathroom, was converted into a two-bedroom, two-bath apartment in order to have balanced proportions of social and private spaces<\/a><\/strong><\/span>.<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Although his successful career turned around the high-fashion world, for a long time, Jason Basmajian<\/strong><\/em><\/span> wanted to bring together lifestyle, art, and design<\/a><\/strong><\/span> in one single idea, and this residential project<\/a><\/strong> <\/span>was the perfect opportunity to do that. He worked as his own <\/a>interior designer<\/a><\/strong><\/span> for this flat and has done other projects for family and friends.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

After doing such a great job with his own home decor<\/a><\/strong><\/span>, Jason Basmajian<\/strong><\/em><\/span> is currently working on a <\/a>hotel project<\/a><\/strong><\/span> on coastal England.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
