Designed by the architectural and interior designer<\/a><\/strong><\/span> Ferris Rafauli<\/strong>, the luxurious Drake Manor<\/strong><\/em><\/span> is a marvel of old-world craftsmanship, thanks to its unique furnishings<\/a><\/strong><\/span>, lighting designs and <\/a>home decor accessories<\/a><\/strong><\/span> that were all created with exquisite high-quality materials. Every detail of the sprawling luxury design<\/a><\/strong><\/span> property has been meticulously conceived and executed to match the superstar\u2019s expensive taste.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Drake<\/strong> <\/em><\/span>explained to the Architectural Digest<\/strong> team that this l<\/a><\/strong>uxury design<\/a><\/strong><\/span> <\/a>home was a special project<\/a><\/strong> for him \u201cbecause I was building it in my hometown, I wanted the structure to stand firm for 100 years. I wanted it to have a monumental scale and feel. It will be one of the things I leave behind, so it had to be timeless and strong.\u201d The luxury house project<\/a><\/strong><\/span> was inspired by the traditional Beaux-Arts architecture since the main goal of the designer<\/a><\/strong> was to imbue the classic idiom with a more contemporary spirit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Canadian interior designer<\/a><\/strong> describes the luxurious expansive interiors<\/a><\/strong><\/span> as modern Art Deco inspiration, referencing a classic historical style that has been tweaked and rejuvenated to Drake\u2019s young cool spirit<\/strong><\/em><\/span>. Some of the most iconic room of this luxurious home design<\/a><\/strong><\/span> can be glimpsed in Drake<\/strong><\/em><\/span>\u2018s famous video songs, including \u201cWhen to Say When\u201d, \u201cChicago Freestyle\u201d and \u201cToosie Slide.\u201d<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cIt\u2019s an overwhelming high luxury<\/a><\/strong><\/span>.<\/a> That message is delivered through the size of the rooms and the materials and details of the floors and the ceilings. I wanted to make sure people can see the work I\u2019ve put in over the years reflected from every vantage point,\u201d explained the music superstar<\/a><\/strong> to the AD magazine.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

All of the bespoke furnishings<\/a><\/strong><\/span> of Drake\u2019s Manor<\/em><\/strong> <\/span>house were custom-designed by Rafauli himself in materials that range from dyed ostrich skin and mohair to Macassar and bronze. However, the <\/a>interior design<\/a><\/strong><\/span> <\/a>also features some of the top products<\/a><\/strong><\/span> from the world\u2019s most famous luxury brands<\/a><\/strong><\/span>, including DelightFULL<\/a><\/strong><\/span>, Brabbu, Venicem, Jonathan Browning Studios, Louis Vuitton, among others.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Drake<\/strong><\/em><\/span> also revealed that the 3,200-square-foot master bedroom suite is one of his favorite rooms in the entire luxury home design<\/a><\/strong><\/span>. <\/a>\u201cThe bedroom is where I come to decompress from the world at the end of the night and where I open my eyes to seize the day,\u201d he enhanced. Featuring the iconic golden details, this luxury design<\/a><\/strong><\/span> master bedroom features also features an outstanding master bath is a 4,000-pound tub and (of course) a two-story walk-in closet with plenty of space for the rapper\u2019s extensive wardrobe, sneaker collection, and the array of precious Herm\u00e8s Birkin bags.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
