This was the case with La Gare, a huge brasserie-style restaurant in the 16th arrondissement of Paris, and the Cartier store on Paris\u2019s rue de la Paix. On the first, numerous references to travel were brought in in reference to the Mediterranean shores. This means mixing and matching fabrics, colors, and materials in a way that \u201c<em>there\u2019s always something of interest, no matter where the gaze falls.<\/em>\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Moreover, the French architect and Designer of the Year of Maison &amp; Objet September edition is also currently working on a new project which aims to be a living showroom where she can welcome clients, craftsmen, journalists, and chefs.
