We\u2019re talking about this massive estate on 25 acres in Dallas\u2019 prestigious Preston Hollow neighborhood that encompasses 35,725-square-feet of air-conditioned living space including\u00a0a four-story main home, a two-story guest house, and a three-story recreation complex. The main home has 10 bedrooms and 12 full- and five half-baths; the guest house contains two bedrooms and two-and-a-half baths. The recreation complex\u00a0contains a movie theater with 18 seats, a pool room, three full- and two half-baths.
