Peter Marino<\/a><\/h4>\n

The\u00a0collaboration between\u00a0Marino\u00a0and\u00a0Bulgari<\/a><\/strong>\u00a0isn\u2019t new. This top designer was responsible for the projects of several Bulgari\u2019s Stores around the Planet, but one of his biggest accomplishments during this partnership\u00a0was the renovation of Bulgari\u2019s flagship store on the iconic\u00a0New York\u2019s Fifth Avenue.\u00a0<\/strong><\/em>This project presented a powerful challenge to Marino and that\u2019s why he released his full creative vein and produced a stunning end result.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Another recent Project of Marino that produced many Design Highlights was The Getty, an entire building project located on West 24th Street and 10th Avenue. The building designed by Marino\u00a0consists of the\u00a0Lehmann Maupin Art Gallery on the ground floor, an Art Foundation above that, and six unique residences with stunning interior architecture and designs also developed by Marino.<\/p>\n

Michael S. Smith<\/strong><\/a><\/h4>\n

One of his biggest and most stunning projects in New York was the redesign of his very own fabulous NYC Penthouse, which Smith renovated with Oscar Shamamian of Ferguson & Shamamian Architects. With a touch of French Classical influence, this Penthouses boosts a Retro and Monarch Style that takes us back to the French Royalty Golden Days and that reminds us of the great Palace of Versailles! With some Jasper\u2019s Fabrics and Furniture to complete the stunning Royal look, this\u00a0Penthouse<\/a>\u00a0is a great example of Royal Opulence with amazing Mirrors and powerful sofas.<\/p>\n

Also located in New York is another stunning Penthouse designed by Michael S. Smith that follows the\u00a0Royal and Vintage Parisian Decor Style.\u00a0With a lot of Gold and Classic Furniture that it\u2019s mixed with some incredible Jasper Elements, this Penthouse boosts the Perfect Opulent Style! The living room, for instance, is the perfect example of a glamorous royal style.\u00a0 We can see a Moore sculpture in displayed on an 18th-century gilt-wood console from H. M. Luther with a Sicilian-Jasper-veneered top. A pair of Empire fauteuils from Mallett stand beside a Carrara-marble mantel attributed to Sir John Soane, purchased from Chesney\u2019s. The armchairs covered in a silk stripe are by Jonas, and the cocktail table is by Magni Home Collection.<\/p>\n

Ryan Korban<\/strong><\/a><\/h4>\n

One of the best projects by Ryan Korban was for the Top Fashion brand Balenciaga. Korban designed it\u2019s the stunning flagship store in New York following a Black, Modern and Eclectic Look! He didn\u2019t overlook the optimal use of Marble, one of the Trends of the New Decade, and produced a Store\u2019s Design Spirit that matches the Balenciaga\u2019s\u00a0fashion\u00a0statements!<\/p>\n

He was also responsible for designing the Edon Manor boutique shop in New York. The eclectic style present in this boutique is simply stunning and transmits the luxury style that this shop\u2019s high-end products transmit! But let\u2019s highlight a few of this Group\u2019s Top Projects. And let us start with one of the Most Minimalists of the Group. Recently, Hotel brand\u00a0Yotel<\/a>\u00a0has opened a flagship branch in New York\u2019s Times Square, where visitors check in at\u00a0computerized kiosks while their luggage is stored or retrieved by a giant robotic arm.\u00a0Rockwell Group<\/a>\u00a0designed this Top and Modern Hotel and the end result is less Luxurious then some of Rockwell\u2019s project, but equally stunning!<\/p>\n

Another recent Rockwell Project within the Hotel Industry was the Moxy Chelsea! This hotel\u2019s restaurant, lounge, and rooftop have been conceived as places of discovery, surprise, and rejuvenation by a specialized Contract Team of the Rockwell Group. Tucked into the bustle of Manhattan\u2019s historic Flower District, guests encounter a botanically inspired design and crafted romance seen through a thoroughly modern lens.
