Founded by Fouad Qeblawi and Daniel Brooks, ONE OF A KIND<\/a> was born in Dubai from the world-class experience, passion and knack for luxury design of these two founders. Transparently enough, their projects showcase the experienced skills, the elegance and refinery put into every detail. We\u2019re more than glad to share their projects and identity with you. Surely, you\u2019ll be falling in love with their interior designs projects as much as we have.<\/p>\n

Formerly a 5-star hotel, this project in London became a private residence of everyone\u2019s dreams with ONE\u2019s intervention. Utilizing the black marble features of the space and juxtaposition of the classic features, they were able to deliver a modern and luxurious design.<\/p>\n

This master bedroom reflects the classic style perfectly but you can see the modern inspiration that was added by ONE OF A KIND<\/a>, not only in the use of metallic features in some pieces of furniture, but also the palette of colors chosen in this uplifting room.<\/p>\n

Still part of this project, we have the London Townhouse dining room, displaying a palette of brown, golden, white and black. Again, we can clearly see the use of the black marble to complement the remaining furniture. The glass ceiling that reflects the light of the magnificent chandelier is one of our favorite details about this room.<\/p>\n

The Polo Villa is a modern and contemporary private residence designed by ONE OF A KIND<\/a>, showcasing the sophistication, modernity and classic inspiration that it\u2019s so common to see in this interior design company. They used luxurious Italian marble in this kitchen, and stunning kitchen stools that we simply can\u2019t get over. The use of reflective materials make the room appear even bigger, providing more light and space.<\/p>\n

The living room of this villa shows us just why this interior design company is recognized for their talent, experience and remarkable designs. Exquisitely crafted, beautifully detailed and professionally delivered, much like the company seeks to do in every project, this one hits the nail yet again.<\/p>\n

With this last project, ONE took this high-end residence and designed this space to be reminiscent of a private members club. The golden features in every piece of furniture and even on the floor and walls, could not be left behind, and certainly bring a sense of tranquility with elegance and sophistication. A place for relaxation and business combined, as they say to be the goal (and we can certainly picture it), this space is once again another proof of the amazing creations that ONE OF A KIND can offer their clients.<\/p>\n
