If you are going to Paris for Paris Design Week, bear in mind that the design hubs will be located in four areas: Saint-Germain-des-Prés; Les Halles/Le Marais/Bastille; Opéra/Concorde/Étoile, and Barbès/Stalingrad.
There will be a total of five events happening in each of these areas during the 9 days of the week, giving you a chance to meet exhibiting designers, shops, and galleries after hours.
Maison & Objet
Maison & Objet will be happening from the 8th to the 12th of September, as you well remember from our previous posts… And if you are an interior design lover and the mid-century style is your thing, then make sure to stop by Hall 7 – Stand F33 and visit Essential Home’s unique space!
The Now! Le Off
“At each edition of Paris Design Week, the springboard for new design talents Now! Le Off and the RADO STAR PRIZE reward the best projects, those that innovate in terms of form and materials. The 2017 winner of the Jury Prize is Julien Manaira for his astonishing shelving unit Once Liquid Plastic.”

Le Grand Feu
Happening on the 9th of September, Le Grand Feu is probably the largest fireworks display in Paris and it will happen in Parc de Saint-Cloud on the outskirts of the city.Usually, a bonfire is lit in front of the park’s waterfall and the display begins as soon as the sun sets over the city.
