The designer was asked to update an already beautiful cottage in Asserbo. The floors were painted white, new upholstery was chosen, furniture was moved and lights were set on walls.

The project’s design strategy is to create a central park, to bring the natural environment into the new housing district’s heart. Paths and lawns will invite other villagers to use the park. The open gardens and terraces in front of the houses clearly reflect a desire to create residential housing that is more open than traditional English homes with enclosed gardens.
