Orange Vibes
Wes Anderson has always given us infinite inspiration with incredible colors in its cinematography history. For this rich color trend of orange vibes, The Royal Tenenbaums (2001) and Moonrise Kingdom (2012) brings us these incredible scenes that come to life in the iconic orange that will be seen everywhere this year. In Marco armchair, a mid-century curvy chair for any residential or hospitality project that focuses on uniqueness, orange is the color picked for the standard upholstery fabric, and we’re absolutely in love.
Rich Red
Dick Tracy (1990) by Warren Beatty and The Shinning (1980) by Stanley Kubrik have one thing in common: their stunning cinematography with strong and rich colors. Another color trend for this year will be rich and bold red, timeless and a classic, ready to take over the velvety dining chairs or sofas on your home. Collins Dining Chair appears as red as passion, straight from the mid-century modern world into your home.
Black & White
These two colors have walked hand in hand for years. As rich colors and neutrals have both a spotlight of their own this year, we’re going to see the contrast and duality of these colors a lot, not only in interior design but also in fashion. With mid-century style taking over again, it’s only natural that we picked The Birds (1963) and Vertigo (1958) to represent that, two masterpieces by Alfred Hitchcock, one of the fathers of modern horror. Vinicius Side Table showcases the duality between these two colors perfectly, bringing what’s best of vintage cinematography inspiration into your home decor.
