The Australian interior designer sees the design process as a very personal journey and aims to reflect her clients and their unique story, with a modern house decor that follows an immensive narrative, creating amazing spaces in which they’ll want to live, celebrate and relax.

The modern house design is layered with originality, colour, tone and texture, all hand-picked in order to better fit her clients needs and personalities.

As we can see in the images above, Simone Haag kept the room clean and simple, as in modern house decor many times less is more, as people tend to enjoy more simple and clean designs.
Playing with textiles, colours and tones, she was able to create a space that is both aesthetically beautiful and comfy.
Although ARMADALE II, is mainly a modern house design project, we can find some vintage house decor elements, that go really well with the choice of colours and textiles present in the room, making it extra welcoming.

Monocles Dressing Table, from Essential Home, would look lovely in this already stunning modern house decor, working as a striking addition to your glamorous boudoir, with a mid-century modern design.
One of the biggest transformations throughout this modern house decor was the master suite.
Layered up with palette, textiles and curtains, it now has groupings of furniture pieces that allow for different ‘moments’ within the space.
In this section of the house, we can see more vintage house decor, filling the room with feelings of nostalgia and serenity that are attatched to the elegant aesthetics of the past.
