On the 28th of May it’s Spring Bank Holiday which means you are going to have a long weekend, here are our suggestions on things to do in London during the break.
The last weekend of this month is going to be a long one due to the Spring Bank Holiday, so we decided to create a list of our top 10 things to do in London during the three days. “The BIg Smoke” is a big city with many atractions that are known worldwide, so we chose to pick some less recognized places.

V&A
The V&A is the world’s leading museum of art and design, housing a permanent collection of over 2.3 million objects that span over 5,000 years of human creativity. The Museum holds many of the UK’s national collections and houses some of the greatest resources for the study of architecture, furniture, fashion, textiles, photography, sculpture, painting, jewellery, glass, ceramics, book arts, Asian art and design, theatre and performance.

Gallery FUMI

Pizza East
If you want to grab lunch or dinner during the holiday we recommend Pizza East. In a former tea warehouse, Pizza East Shoreditch serves wood oven pizzas, fresh antipasti and daily-changing specials. Italian cured meats and cheese are available to buy from the Deli, where you can also drop in for coffee and biscotti.
Our faves: The Pizza (of cource!), the Mac n’ Cheese and the Butter Leaf and Avocado Salad.

Design Museum
The one of the world’s leading museum devoted to contemporary design in every form from architecture and fashion to graphics, product and industrial design. The Design Museum aims to make access to design enjoyable and welcoming to the widest possible audience.

Boxpark Shoreditch
Boxpark Shoreditch opened in 2011 as the world’s first pop-up mall. The concept utilised the modern street food market and placed local and global brands side by side, to create a unique shopping and dining destination. Entirely constructed out of refitted shipping containers, Boxpark showcases a unique position in being able to offer affordable and flexible leases for lifestyle brands, cafes, restaurants and galleries to trade and succeed.

Zaha Hadid Design
Collaborations are an important part of the design process for Zaha Hadid. She has worked with some of the most iconic fashion brands and celebrities such as Chanel, Louis Vuitton, Donna Karen, and Pharrell Williams for Adidas. She has also established long standing relationships with international design brands such as Alessi, Artemide, B&B, Established & Sons, Lalique and Sawaya & Moroni to articulate a new design language.

The Making of Harry Potter
Now an option for both the old an the young, the team behind Warner Bros. Studio Tour London – The Making of Harry Potter wanted to preserve and showcase the iconic props, costumes and sets so that Harry Potter fans could experience the magic of filmmaking first-hand.
Set adjacent to the working film studios where all eight Harry Potter films were made, the Studio Tour offers visitors the unique opportunity to explore two soundstages and a backlot filled with original sets, animatronic creatures and breathtaking special effects.

Tate Modern
Tate is an executive non-departmental public body and an exempt charity. Its mission is to increase the public’s enjoyment and understanding of British art from the 16th century to the present day and of international modern and contemporary art.
It has a gigantic collection of pieces so it’s easy to loose yourself and spend the whole day there.
