However, there is still time to visit the New York luxury store a few more times as is. The actual renovation of the New York luxury store is scheduled to start on the Spring of 2019. And while this renovation means the store will be temporarily closed, if you find yourself in New York you can still visit Tiffany’s and get one of those coveted small blue boxes, as the brand will relocate next door to the former Niketown location on Fifth Avenue.
“The newly reimagined flagship will serve as the modern crown jewel of our global store network,” stated Alessandro Bogliolo, Tiffany’s chief executive officer.
Since he was appointed as the new CEO of Tiffany & Co., Alessandro Bogliolo has taken as his role to shaken things up and winning over a younger customer base, revitalizing the brand and its image. Until now, Bogliolo has made many dreams come true, opening their all-day Blue Box Cafe (pictured below) on the fourth floor of the flagship store, allowing visitors to actually have breakfast at Tiffany’s.
