Wes Anderson and Juman Malouf
One of our absolute favorite movie directors of all times, Wes Anderson and his partner, author, and illustrator Juman Malouf have paired to curate their first exhibition for Kunsthistorisches Museum Vienna’s legendary Kunstkammer. A series of 400 objects were paired in eight small, color-coded rooms, reliving a series of first loves, mixing fastidiousness with kitsch. The exhibition was on display for 6 months, from November 2018 until the 28th of April, 2019.
